Refund Policy

We work closely to make our customers happy and we do our best to deliver perfect bouquets. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we do offer a 100 percent money back refund.

Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Customers should see the funds credited back to their account 2 to 5 business days thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled at any time prior to delivery shall be voided at your and all of your money will be returned to you at your request. If delivery is made then please contact us for a full refund.

We deliver as requested by our customers. In the event that a delivery cannot be made for any reason whatsoever, our customers have a right to a refund.
